2A. Data for Access to the Digital Environment (Client Portal)

For access to the secure Client Portal, LCaz processes the following personal data:

  • Name

  • E-mail address

  • Account and authorization data

  • Security log files (such as login time, IP address, failed login attempts, and session information)

These data are processed for:

  • Identification and verification of the user

  • Secure access to the portal

  • Communication within the case file

  • Detection and prevention of unauthorized access, misuse, or technical attacks

Access to the Client Portal is granted exclusively to clients or users authorized by LCaz. Access is not possible without a valid personal account.

For the security of the portal, technical measures are applied, including encryption, access control, logging, and monitoring of access attempts. These data are used solely for security purposes and are not shared with third parties, except for IT service providers hosting the portal within the EU.
